Job Title: IT Trainer - Data Analysis Department: Training & Development Employment Type: Part Time Location: Remote Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced Data Analysis Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs to students, working professionals, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with data analysis tools, and the ability to simplify complex concepts through practical, project-based learning. Key Responsibilities Deliver classroom, online, and corporate training sessions on Data Analysis. Develop and update training materials, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises. Train learners on: Data Analysis Fundamentals Microsoft Excel (Advanced) SQL for Data Analysis Python for Data Analysis (Pandas, NumPy) Data Cleaning and Data Wrangling Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) Data Visualization using Power BI/Tableau Statistics for Data Analysis Business Intelligence Concepts Real-world Case Studies and Projects Conduct hands-on labs and capstone projects. Evaluate learners through assignments, assessments, and mock interviews. Mentor students on industry best practices and career readiness. Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in data analytics. Collaborate with the curriculum team to enhance course content. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Data Analysis concepts. Hands-on experience with: Advanced Microsoft Excel SQL Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn) Power BI and/or Tableau Understanding of data visualization principles. Knowledge of statistics and business analytics. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Data Analytics, Power BI, Python, or SQL are preferred. Experience 2-5 years of experience in Data Analysis and/or technical training. Prior experience in delivering classroom or online training is preferred. Experience in corporate training is an added advantage. Preferred Qualifications Experience with: Power BI Tableau Jupyter Notebook Google Sheets Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL Exposure to machine learning fundamentals is an added advantage. Experience working on real-world data analytics projects. Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
