Junior Architect (Civil / Construction)
25About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential and commercial projects, possess strong design and drafting skills, and be capable of coordinating with clients, engineers, contractors, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Develop 2D and 3D concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site engineers.
- Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.
- Prepare construction documentation and BOQs.
- Assist in obtaining approvals and statutory drawings.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors during project execution.
- Ensure projects comply with building codes and regulations.
- Support senior architects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Attend client meetings and incorporate design changes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial architecture
- Excellent understanding of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- SketchUp
- Revit (Preferred)
- Lumion / Enscape (Preferred)
- V-Ray (Added Advantage)
- MS Office
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Good presentation and client interaction skills
- Strong time management
