Junior Web Developer (CRM & Website in - House)

We are looking for a Junior Web Developer to join our in-house team and work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and enhance internal CRM tools and maintain the company website. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to real business systems and long-term growth.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

CRM and Web Application Development:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain internal CRM tools used by teams.
• Implement new features based on internal requirements.
• Fix bugs and improve the performance of existing modules.
• Integrate forms, dashboards, and basic reports.
• Work with databases to manage and retrieve data efficiently.

Website Maintenance:

• Maintain and update the company website.
• Implement UI changes, content updates, and minor enhancements.
• Ensure website performance, responsiveness, and security.
• Handle basic hosting, deployment, and backups.

Collaboration and Support:

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand requirements.
• Provide technical support for internally developed tools.
• Maintain basic documentation of features and changes.

Requirements:

• Must-Have: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Knowledge of any one backend: PHP (Laravel), Python (Django / Flask), or Node.js .
• Basic database knowledge (MySQL / PostgreSQL).
• Understanding of form handling, CRUD operations, and APIs.
