Job Description · Must have hands on experience on Following – o Linux LVM o Network based OS installation (kickstart). o Implementation and maintenance of RedHat Satellite server. o OS upgrades and applying security updates (patching). o Security Hardening of the Operating Systems. o Network Based File Sharing protocols (FTP/NFS/CIFS/SAMBA). o File System management. o User management. o Must have experience on deploying Server builds in virtualized environments (preferably VMware). · Must have sound Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem and Change Management), preferably ITIL Foundation certified. · Should have worked in a Remote Support Environment. · Ability to clearly articulate situations / issues to cross-functional teams.
