Our client, a well-established specialty chemicals and dyestuffs trading company, is hiring a Logistics & Distribution Executive to manage logistics, inventory, dispatch, and coordination with distributors across multiple locations.Location: Moti Nagar, New Delhi Type: Full-time | On-site Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the complete order-to-delivery cycle, including billing and dispatch.</li><li>Maintain daily stock reports and monthly inventory reconciliations.</li><li>Prepare Excel-based MIS reports and dashboards using PivotTables, formulas, and lookups.</li><li>Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement, freight negotiation, and timely deliveries.</li><li>Manage sub-distributor orders, dispatch tracking, collections, and account reconciliation.</li><li>Monitor receivables, payments, and in-transit shipments.</li><li>Supervise warehouse inward/outward movement and stock accuracy.</li><li>Prepare monthly stock, dispatch, inventory, and rebate MIS reports.</li><li>Resolve billing, dispatch, and delivery issues quickly to maintain customer satisfaction.</li><li>Prepare customer and transporter account reconciliations and support financial tracking.</li><li>Coordinate with sales, accounts, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and accurate reporting.</li></ul> Skills & Experience<ul><li>3+ years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or dispatch operations.</li><li>Strong MS Excel & MIS reporting skills — PivotTables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, formulas, and data validation.</li><li>Experience in inventory control, stock reconciliation, and multi-location dispatch.</li><li>Knowledge of transporter coordination, vehicle scheduling, and warehouse operations.</li><li>Experience managing distributor accounts, collections, and reconciliations.</li><li>Strong communication, attention to detail, and ownership skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li></ul>
