The Role

As a Machine Learning Expert, you will create and verify original computational STEM and machine learning problems. Requirements and Technical Expertise

At least 5 years of hands-on machine learning experience with demonstrated business impact
Expert Python skills for data science, including NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, and scikit-learn; statsmodels is a bonus
Strong statistical analysis skills and understanding of machine learning algorithms and practical trade-offs
Strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, window functions, and database data manipulation
Experience with GenAI approaches such as LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and vector databases
Familiarity with MLOps and deployment workflows, including packaging, reproducibility, and basic monitoring
Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch; LangChain is a bonus
Ability to design original computational problems with clear solutions
Proven ability to verify solutions using reproducible Python code and correct outputs
Strong written English at C1+ level or equivalent
