Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Energetic, ambitious and goal-oriented

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Willingness to work from Bengaluru

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Management Trainee, you will undergo structured on-the-job training and gain practical exposure to business, customer management and revenue-oriented functions.

You will be responsible for:

Understanding customer requirements and providing appropriate solutions

Interacting with customers and building strong customer relationships

Supporting business and revenue growth initiatives

Working towards defined performance goals

Following up with customers and maintaining strong engagement

Coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Developing business development and customer management skills

Participating in training, coaching and mentoring programs

Developing communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills

Taking ownership of assigned responsibilities and business outcomes
