Key Responsibilities 1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation formalitiesEnsure timely completion of joining formalities, induction programs, employee documentation, and exit proceduresMaintain and update employee records, personal files, HRMS data, and other HR documentation with accuracy and confidentialityEnsure adherence to organizational policies and HR processes across all employee touchpoints 2. Payroll & Benefits Administration Coordinate and oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy of attendance, leave records, reimbursements, and statutory deductionsValidate payroll inputs and address employee queries related to salary, benefits, and deductionsAdminister employee benefits, insurance coverage, welfare schemes, and other compensation-related programsSupport annual compensation reviews and salary revision processes 3. Statutory Compliance & Labour Law Management Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity, Bonus, Professional Tax, Shops & Establishments Act, and other relevant regulationsMaintain statutory records, registers, returns, and compliance documentationCoordinate internal and external audits related to HR and statutory compliance 4. Employee Relations & Engagement Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, cultural events, recognition programs, and welfare activities 5. Recruitment Support Support recruitment activities by coordinating interview schedules, candidate communication, and onboarding formalitiesPrepare offer letters, employment contracts, and maintain recruitment-related documentation and records Location Benefits Pick-up and Drop facility fromGurgaon CityAccommodation on campus for overnight stays Eligibility Criteria MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institutionCandidates with up to 5- 6 years of experience can applyStrong written and spoken English communication skills are mandateSkilled in Microsoft Excel is a minimum requirementAbility to handle HR documentation with confidentiality and professionalismWillingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environmentGood interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills.Excellent professional grooming
