Location: Delhi / NCR (Extensive Travel Across India – Railway Divisions)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented Marketing Engineer to drive business development across Indian Railways, with a primary focus on Electrical Departments in various railway divisions. The role requires regular travel, strong technical understanding, and relationship-building with railway officials.

Key Responsibilities

Visit Railway Divisions, Depots, and Workshops across India

Engage with Electrical Department officials for product promotion and approvals

Promote company products such as

IoT-based railway solutions

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

Coordinate with internal technical team for demonstrations and trials

Follow up for vendor approvals, tenders, and project execution

Maintain strong relationships with railway authorities and stakeholders

Required Skills

Good understanding of railway systems / electrical applications

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to explain technical products to non-technical users

Self-driven and target-oriented mindset

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in Indian Railways / Railway vendor ecosystem

Exposure to RDSO / Railway approvals / tendering process

Experience in field marketing of electrical or electronic products

Other Requirements

Must own a two-wheeler (mandatory for local and regional travel)

Willingness for extensive travel across railway divisions

Comfortable working in field conditions and interacting with government officials
