Roles and Responsibilities Review medical records, reports, and documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Edit transcripts to ensure they meet quality standards and are free of errors. Checking discharged patient files to ensure all paperwork, signatures, and reports are complete before permanent archiving. Organizing, filing, and retrieving patient records (both physical and digital) so they are immediately accessible to doctors and nurses. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in medical transcription editing or a related field (medical writing, medical summarization). Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology. .
