MongoDb developer
- Design and implement MongoDB data models, collections, and schemas
- Develop efficient queries, aggregation pipelines, and indexing strategies
- Optimize database performance and ensure high availability and scalability
- Manage large datasets and ensure data integrity and security
- Perform database monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Work closely with application developers to integrate MongoDB with backend systems
- Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB
- Expertise in CRUD operations, aggregation framework, and indexing
- Solid understanding of NoSQL database design principles
- Experience in query optimization and performance tuning
Programming / Integration
- Experience with at least one backend language such as Java, Python, or Node.js
- Familiarity with REST APIs and data integration
- Experience with Spring Boot + MongoDB (preferred)
Tools & Technologies
- Version control: Git
- API tools: Postman / Swagger
- Knowledge of MongoDB Atlas (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in microservices architecture
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
