Location: DLC, Sanjay Colony TOTAL OPENING: 02 Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities aligned with the preschool curriculum.</li><li>Create a welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and love for learning.</li><li>Use play-based and participatory teaching methods to support children’s development.</li><li>Observe and assess children’s progress and maintain accurate records.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding child’s progress and development.</li><li>Encourage positive behavior and ensure the safety and well-being of all children.</li><li>Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.</li><li>Prepare learning materials, displays, and classroom resources.</li><li>Participate in centre events, meetings, and professional development programs.</li><li>Follow centre policies and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.</li></ul> Qualifications and Skills: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teachers Training (NTT) / Montessori or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience of min. 2 years as a Pre-Primary or Kindergarten teacher.</li><li>Knowledge of early childhood development and educational best policies & practices.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Creativity, patience, and a caring attitude.</li><li>Ability to manage a classroom with enthusiasm and discipline.</li><li>Elementary computer skills for documentation and communication.</li></ul>
