Core Roles and Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Management: Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining customer or business information in databases.
• Documentation: Creating detailed records of interactions, transactions, or complaints in systems like CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
• Problem-Solving: Investigating customer issues to provide accurate, efficient resolutions.
• Key Skills Required
• Excellent Written Communication: Ability to articulate information clearly via text.
• Typing Speed & Accuracy: Proficiency in fast, error-free typing.
• Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple chat sessions or email threads simultaneously.
• Analytical Skills: Attention to detail to analyze data and customer feedback.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel) and internet tools.

Immediate joiners only Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
