Job Summary
Silver Storm Amusement Park is looking for an experienced and responsible Nurse to provide first-aid and basic medical care to guests and employees, particularly during emergencies, accidents and other health-related situations within the park premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and immediate medical assistance to guests and employees.
- Assess and manage minor injuries, illness and medical emergencies within the scope of nursing practice.
- Attend promptly to ride-related injuries, falls, cuts, sprains, dehydration, heat-related illness and other common incidents.
- Maintain and monitor the first-aid/medical room and ensure availability of essential medical supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments, incidents, medications and referrals.
- Coordinate with doctors, ambulance services and nearby hospitals during serious medical emergencies.
- Assist in emergency response and evacuation procedures when required.
- Monitor patients until they are stable or transferred for further medical treatment.
- Ensure proper handling, storage and maintenance of medicines and medical equipment.
- Conduct basic health and safety awareness activities for employees when required.
- Support the Operations and Safety teams in maintaining a safe environment for guests and employees.
- Prepare and submit medical/incident reports to the concerned management.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Perform other medical and first-aid duties assigned by the management.
Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent recognized nursing qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Valid nursing registration with the appropriate State Nursing Council.
- Experience in Emergency Care, First Aid, Hospital, Occupational Health, Amusement Park, Resort, Hospitality or Industrial Medical Services will be an advantage.
- Experience in handling emergency situations and accident cases is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of first aid and emergency response.
- Good patient-care and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and respond effectively during emergencies.
- Good observation, decision-making and documentation skills.
- Physically fit and capable of working in an outdoor and fast-paced amusement park environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
