This position is responsible for providing safe, evidence-based nursing care, including assessing patients, planning and implementing care plans, administering medications, and monitoring responses to treatment. The Nursing Officer will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and infection control standards. Daily responsibilities include educating patients and families about health conditions and treatments, coordinating discharge plans, and assisting in emergency responses as needed.
