Fractal Analytics is hiring a Operations Data Analyst Intern for its Gurugram team — a hands-on Data Analyst internship for 2026 freshers and final-year students (0 years of experience). You will turn raw data into insights for operations, building queries, dashboards and reports with Operations Analytics, Advanced Excel, SQL alongside senior analysts. This is a 6-month in-office at Gurugram programme. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis — apply early as verified openings are limited. Responsibilities: Clean, analyse and visualise data for operations; Build dashboards, KPIs and reports using Operations Analytics, Advanced Excel, SQL, Data Analysis; Translate numbers into clear, actionable business recommendations; Partner with product, marketing, finance and operations teams on live projects. Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA/B.Com/BBA/MBA (any analytical discipline) or equivalent; Working knowledge of Operations Analytics, Advanced Excel, SQL; Comfort with spreadsheets, basic statistics and clear data storytelling; Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
