AM Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:00AM - 3:30PM Safety Integrity Customer Focus Respect & Trust Accountability Excellence As a Mechanical Clean Operator, you will: The mechanical clean position is responsible for manually polishing tube assemblies in preparation for Penetrant Inspection and Anodize using shop tools that meet the customer and STEICO drawings/specifications created within the documented manufacturing processes provided by STEICO. Assess parts to be polished for imperfection. Polish parts using manual tools such as buffer and bench grinders.
Aqueous clean parts after they have been polished. Follow company policies and procedures. No experience necessary will train on the job, however any type of metal or wood fabricating is a plus.
