Opportunity For a US-supporting Professional Recruiter (night shift)

We're expanding and looking for a Professional Recruiter who can support our growing hiring needs across the US region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruiting for IT roles.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
  • Maintain ATS records and recruiting reports.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters on complex roles.

• 24 years of experience recruiting IT or technical roles.
  • Basic understanding of IT profiles and technologies.
  • Experience using LinkedIn and ATS tools.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in staffing or consulting environments. • Exposure to technical sourcing or Boolean searches.Role & responsibilities
