If you have experience in Logistics Operations, Order Management, Supply Chain, or Publishing/Media Operations and are comfortable working night shifts.</p><p><br></p><p>Location: Chennai (Pacifica)</p><p>Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)</p><p>Experience: 2–5 Years</p><p>CTC: ₹5.25 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA (Max)</p><p>Shift: Flexible to work in Full Night Shifts</p><p>Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Serving Notice Period (15–30 Days)</p><p><br></p><p>📅 Walk-In Drive Date: 18th July 2026</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities & Requirements:</p><p><br></p><p>* 2+ years of experience in Process Operations, #OrderManagement, #LogisticsOperations, or Supply Chain functions.</p><p>* Perform schedule intake processing, title setup, and title changes with accuracy.</p><p>* Execute print order intake, data entry, and transaction processing across multiple systems.</p><p>* Process PO master forms, allocation inputs, and system updates efficiently.</p><p>* Conduct data validation and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and completeness.</p><p>* Support Product Alert Notices (PAN), retailer authorization forms, and work orders.</p><p>* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operational execution.</p><p>* Working knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C/Q2C) and Supply Chain Management (#SCM) workflows.</p><p>* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.</p><p>* Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and SLA adherence.</p><p><br></p><p>Interested candidates can share their updated resume at salma@livecjobs.com or WhatsApp at 8297131110.</p>
