OSP Telecom Engineer (Delhi)

Job Title: OSP Telecom Engineer / OSP Telecom Engineer (0–2 Years Experience) Location: Delhi/NCR Employment Type: Full-Time / Fresher Job Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals with 0–2 years of experience to join our OSP Telecom team . The selected candidates will be responsible for reviewing fielding requirements shared by clients, verifying field work completed by the fielding team, and updating all relevant information into internal software platforms. Key Responsibilities - Understand and interpret client-provided OSP fielding requirements - Verify pole data, photos, GPS coordinates, and field measurements submitted by the fielding team - Identify missing or incorrect information and coordinate for retakes - Update project details into tools such as Katapult, IQGeo, or internal systems - Maintain accurate documentation and ensure high-quality data - Support daily reporting, tracking, and overall project coordination Requirements - 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome) - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify fielding inconsistencies - Good written and verbal communication skills - Basic understanding of maps / GIS (training will be provided) - Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets - Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven workplace Qualifications - Any graduate (Preferred B.Tech, Diploma, B.Sc, BCA, etc.) - Telecom/GIS/Engineering background is a plus but not mandatory What We Offer - Hands-on training in OSP Telecom processes , client workflows, and software tools - Opportunity to work on international telecom infrastructure projects - Excellent career growth and continuous learning opportunities - Supportive team environment and exposure to real-world OSP operations - .
