Part-time Accountant
Key Responsibilities
- Daily reconciliation of inventory with sales and billing.
- Verification of pharmacy, drugs, consumables, and medical inventory.
- Tally accounting, bank reconciliation, and ledger verification.
- Daily reconciliation of cash, UPI, card, and bank collections.
- Verification of purchase entries, vendor invoices, and payments.
- Monthly physical stock audit and inventory variance reporting.
- Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Identify discrepancies, investigate shortages/excesses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with reception, store, and management to ensure accurate financial and inventory records.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and standard operating procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.Com/M.Com (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting and inventory reconciliation.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, and inventory management.
- Experience in a hospital, diagnostic centre, pharmacy, or healthcare organization will be preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills, integrity, and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
