We are looking for a Part-Time Junior Barista to support day-to-day café operations, prepare beverages, maintain cleanliness standards, and deliver warm hospitality to every customer who walks through our doors.No extensive coffee experience required — attitude, willingness to learn, and positive energy matter most.
Key Responsibilities
Coffee & Beverage Preparation- Prepare coffee, matcha, and other café beverages according to recipes and standards
- Support bar setup and maintain station readiness during service
- Assist with drink prep and service during peak hours
- Greet customers warmly and assist with menu recommendations
- Take orders accurately through POS
- Ensure guests have a welcoming and enjoyable experience
- Maintain cleanliness of bar, service areas, and equipment throughout shifts
- Follow food safety and municipality hygiene standards
- Support opening, closing, and daily cleaning routines
- Refill ingredients and monitor stock levels during shifts
- Support receiving deliveries and organizing storage areas
- Work closely with the kitchen and café team to maintain smooth operations
- Previous café or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Friendly, reliable, and proactive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
