Part-Time School Psychologist (Port Blair)

Saint Bernard School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Music Teacher/Director to lead and grow a dynamic music program for students in grades 6–12. The ideal candidate will inspire students through performance, collaboration, and a love of music, while supporting the school’s mission and community. Responsibilities Teach music classes to students in grades 6 through 12 Direct and conduct the following ensembles: Concert Choir Middle School Choir Praise Choir Symphonic Band Middle School Concert Band Plan and produce two major music department concerts annually (Christmas and Spring) Coordinate and select music for all school Masses and liturgical celebrations Prepare and support students for participation in the annual Connecticut Music Educators Association (CMEA) adjudication and concert festivals Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom and rehearsal environment Qualifications Teaching certification required Prior teaching and/or directing experience preferred Solid organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively within a school community.
