Piping Material Engineer (Oil and Gas)
- Prepare Piping Material Specification for process and Utility Services.
- Calculation of Pipe Wall thickness, Branch Reinforcement ,Line Blank etc. as per code.
- Prepare component commodity code for company and project specific database.
- Prepare Technical purchase specification, BE for all piping bulk components and specialty items.
- Vendor drawing review for piping items.
- Coordination with Piping design and stress, Process, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Procurement, Parent Office etc.
- Perform MTO (Material take off) and control the Piping Items quantity, monitor the surplus and shortages of piping items.
