We re Hiring - Placement Coordinator Location Greater Noida WFH Compensation Benefits Salary Up to 4 LPA based on experience performance Perks PF 5 Lakh Medical Insurance Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple internal positions sales counsellors marketing mentors etc Source screen and shortlist candidates via job portals LinkedIn and referrals Conduct telephonic virtual interviews and coordinate with hiring managers Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure smooth onboarding - Employee Engagement HR Support Organize team engagement activities to boost morale and productivity Handle employee queries related to HR processes payroll and benefits Assist in performance tracking reporting and retention initiatives - Corporate Outreach Learner Placement Build partnerships with companies for student hiring Onboard companies to the ScholarHat platform for recruitment drives Support learners in placement preparation resume guidance interview connects Act as a bridge between corporate HR teams and ScholarHat students Eligibility Skills Required Graduate PG in Computer Science IT Mass Communication or Management Fluent in English Hindi spoken written Excellent communication relationship-building and negotiation skills Good knowledge of MS Office email writing and CRM tools Must be active proactive confident and people-centric Prior experience in HR recruitment campus hiring or EdTech is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 400 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Experience Edtech Industry 1 year Preferred IT Student Placement 1 year Preferred Placement Coordinator 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
