Job Description – Operator (Production) – *Yazaki India Pvt. Ltd., Bhayla Plant, Ahmedabad* *Under Layam* Role: Production Operator Department: Manufacturing / Wire Harness Production *Qualification:* • 10th / 12th / ITI – All Trades • Diploma / BE / B.Tech – All Branch Age Limit: 22to 30 Years Work Location: Bhayla,– Ahmedabad, Gujarat ________________________________________ *Key Responsibilities:* • Work in wire harness production line and support automotive component manufacturing. • Operate machines and tools as per supervisor instructions. • Assemble, check, and pack components properly. • Maintain quality standards and follow safety rules. • Complete assigned production targets on time. • Work in shift basis (A / B / C / General shift – 8 hours duty). ________________________________________ *Salary & Benefits:* • CTC: ₹19,000 per month • In-hand: ₹15,000 approx. • ₹1,000 Attendance Award included • PF & ESI provided • Canteen & Transport facility available • OT: ₹118 per hour • Canteen & Transport facility available • OT: ₹118 per hour ________________________________________ *Other Details:* • Weekly one day off • Company bus available on fixed routes • Dress code: Formal dress & shoes compulsory • Candidates will be on Layam Group payroll • Accommodation available (₹1500–₹2000 per month, paid by candidate) ________________________________________ *Documents Required:* • Education certificates (Original + Xerox) • Aadhar / PAN Card • Mark sheets / TC / Provisional • Bank passbook or cancelled cheque • Resume • 5 Passport size photos • Vaccination certificate (2 doses compulsory) *Accommodation:* We will assist for Room / PG on sharing basis. • *Rent: ₹1,500 – ₹2,000 per month (to be paid in advance)* • *Room Deposit: ₹3,000* Food arrangement available outside on cash payment.
