About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teach theory subjects, including anatomy and physiology, biochemistry and nutrition, microbiology, hematology, immunology, serology, clinical pathology, histopathology, bacteriology, blood banking, parasitology, laboratory operations, medical ethics, and patient care.
2. Supervise students during practical training at partner hospitals.
3. Maintain student academic and administrative records.
4. Perform teaching-related and administrative responsibilities as required.

Other Requirements:

1. 1. Diploma, bachelor's, or master's degree in medical laboratory technology (MLT) or a related field.
2. 2. Excellent teaching and presentation skills.
3. 3. Ability to innovate and adopt effective teaching methodologies.
4. 4. Prior teaching or relevant work experience is preferred.
5. 5. Proficiency in using information technology.
6. 6. Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English; proficiency in Marathi is preferred.
