As a Program Growth, you will work closely with a fast-growing startup ecosystem and help build the ImpactPath presence inside your college through creative marketing campaigns, networking, and student community building.
This is not a typical campus ambassador role — it is a practical leadership opportunity designed for students who want hands-on experience in modern marketing and growth strategy.
Eligibility-
- Must be a college student (any year/stream)
- Interested in marketing, branding, business growth, or startups
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Active in college communities, clubs, or social groups
- Creative, self-driven, and confident personality
- Lead campus-level marketing and awareness campaigns for ImpactPath
- Build a strong student community across Social Media Platform
- Create innovative promotional strategies tailored for your campus audience
- Collaborate with influencers, clubs, societies, and student communities
- Drive student engagement through creative online and offline activities
- Promote internship opportunities, events, workshops, and career programs
- Help build the ImpactPath brand presence within your college ecosystem
- Create viral and trend-based promotional ideas to increase student reach
- Gather student feedback and market insights to improve campaigns
- Work with startup teams on branding, outreach, and growth initiatives
- Real-world experience in startup marketing and growth
- Exposure to branding, community building, and digital outreach
