## Program/Project Management Lead Accenture is seeking a Program/Project Management Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You'll leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. You'll work closely with various stakeholders, coordinating to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines. Proactively addressing challenges will be key to ensuring smooth execution and successful completion of responsibilities. ### What You'll Do - Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME) in your area. - Actively participate and contribute in team discussions, providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within scope and schedule. - Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, reporting progress and escalating issues when necessary. - Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools to enhance delivery efficiency. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster their professional growth. ### What We're Looking For - Must have proficiency in Business Operation Management. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Ability to analyze project data and metrics to support decision-making and risk management. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools to facilitate structured delivery. - Problem-solving skills to identify issues early and implement effective solutions. ### Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Operation Management is required. - A 15-year full-time education is mandatory. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. (Note: The job posting location is Pune, but the description specifies Mumbai.)
