Python Developer + SQL Development

As a Python Developer with experience of 7-9 years, you will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: - You should have at least 4 years of working experience in Java, Python, and SQL development. - You must be willing to work from the office in shifts covering the US Pacific Timezone. - Experience in writing unit, integration, and automation tests is required. - You should have a good understanding of the defect triage process and the ability to diagnose and resolve defects independently by looking at logs, code, and metrics. - Hands-on experience in automation framework and coding is necessary. - Strong expertise in writing scalable, highly performant, instrumented, and clean code is expected. - Previous experience in building user experiences (UX) is preferred. - Familiarity with the Google environment and tech suite is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. - You should have the ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Build, scale, and maintain robust automated testing solutions. - Investigate, root cause, and resolve test failures and flakiness. - Improve and ensure the stability of testing infrastructure and tooling. - Apply strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and principles. - Diagnose and resolve issues within the test infrastructure and its dependencies, such as test scheduling, device allocation, and lab hardware. - Demonstrate expert debugging and problem-solving skills within complex systems. - Utilize experience with Android, ADB, and Linux environments. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of extensive experience in Java, Python, and SQL development and testing. - Hands-on experience in writing unit, integration, and automation tests. - Prior experience in automation frameworks and hands-on coding. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to learn new technologies and ramp up quickly and efficiently on new tools.
