Python + React JS Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Python + React JS Developer with 47 years of professional experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, hands-on coding expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy Python & React based applications and APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.js.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, QA, DevOps) to deliver robust solutions.
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues in existing applications.
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and integrate third-party services.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Contribute to automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.
• Integrate GenAI capabilities with different applications using LLMs, embeddings, and RAG architectures
• Optimize model performance, latency, and cost for production use
• Fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific tasks such as financial document summarization, chatbot assistants, and predictive analytics.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI preferred).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, or similar GenAI platforms
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and model fine-tuning
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Experience working in agile/scrum teams.

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with front-end technologies (React/Angular) for integration.
• Knowledge of machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
