QA Engineer – ETL TestingSkills : ETL Testing, Selenium, SQL, Python, PySpark. Job SummaryWe are seeking a meticulous QA Engineer to ensure the quality, usability, and accuracy of ETL Testing. This role involves planning and executing both manual and automated tests, documenting defects, and collaborating. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Strong experience in Automation Testing.</li><li>Hands-on experience in ETL Testing.</li><li>Advanced-level SQL skills.</li><li>Good working knowledge of Python.</li><li>Experience in preparing test strategy, test planning, test execution, defect management, and overall testing workflow.</li><li>Ability to independently manage and lead testing activities across the project lifecycle.</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills to work with business, development, and testing teams.</li><li>Identify and Document Bugs: Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies, providing clear bug reports.</li><li>Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features or bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionality.</li><li>Collaboration: Work within an Agile environment, providing details needed for testing and reviewing test plans with the QA team and developers.</li><li>Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve the testing process, identifying areas for enhancement in quality and efficiency. </li></ul> Required Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Experience: Proven experience in functional testing, both manual and automation, with a specific command of UI and front-end testing.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma, Jest) and browser debugging tools.</li><li>Experience with testing across multiple browsers and platforms, including mobile devices.</li><li>Knowledge of SQL for backend data validation in reports.</li><li>Exposure to API testing (Postman, SoapUI) is a plus.</li><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Design, or a related field.</li><li>Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. </li></ul>Tools and Technologies<ul><li>Test Automation: Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.</li><li>Test Management: Jira, TestRail.</li><li>Reporting: Knowledge of report generating tools or frameworks, JUnit HTML report, Extent Reports.</li></ul>
