Quick Commerce Operations for brand based in Delhi Ncr

<p>Hi,</p><p><br></p><p><strong>We are looking for a highly driven Executive - Quick Commerce Operations for reputed retail brand in Delhi Ncr .</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong> </strong>to support and streamline day-to-day operations across multiple quick-commerce channels. The fundamental requirement for the role is strong Excel skills, along with attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally to ensure seamless process flow.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>1. Reporting & Data Management</p><p>● Maintain and update daily/weekly performance reports - sales, sell-through, marketing etc</p><p>● Track sales, inventory, and order metrics across channels</p><p>● Support data-driven decision-making through accurate reporting</p><p>2. Cross-functional Coordination</p><p>● Liaise with merchandising, operations, PSC & marketing teams</p><p>● Ensure alignment across teams for smooth operations</p><p>3. Returns & Vendor Management</p><p>● Track returns (RTV & RTO) and coordinate resolution with channel partners</p><p>● Ensure timely closure of discrepancies and claims</p><p>● Maintain vendor communication for operational efficiency</p><p>4. Order Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination</p><p>● Ensure timely PO processing</p><p>● Work closely with Ops and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch & track delivery</p><p>● Resolve operational issues related to delays, returns, and cancellations</p><p>5. Marketplace Operations</p><p>● Manage product listings across multiple quick commerce channels</p><p>● Ensure in sync with the catalog team for accurate cataloging, pricing, and product information updates</p><p>● Coordinate with internal teams for new product introductions and updates</p><p>● Support execution of marketing activations, promotions, offers, and new product initiatives</p><p><br></p><p>Incase interested send cv at - sanskriti@stap.co.in / renu@stap.co.in</p>
