Recruiter / Senior Recruiter / Team Lead - Recruitment

Symphoni HR is a leading recruitment consulting and talent solutions firm partnering with some of the most respected organizations across BFSI, GCC, Technology, Consulting, Analytics, Operations, and Leadership Hiring. We are expanding our team and are looking for recruitment professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure.

Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and database searches.

Conduct candidate screening, assessments, and interview coordination.

Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple skill sets and industries.

Manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.

Ensure timely closures while maintaining high-quality standards.

Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, and reporting metrics.

Work closely with Account Managers and Hiring Teams to deliver hiring mandates.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have experience working with Recruitment Consultancies, Executive Search Firms, Staffing Organizations, RPOs, or Recruitment Agencies.

Experience handling client-facing recruitment assignments is mandatory.

Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously.

Strong sourcing expertise using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and networking platforms.

Important Note

This role is strictly for professionals from Recruitment Consulting, Executive Search, Staffing, RPO, and Search Firm backgrounds.

Candidates whose experience is limited to Corporate Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment, HR Generalist, HRBP, Learning & Development, Payroll, or other Business HR functions will not be considered for this opportunity.
