We are looking for a Recruitment Executive (Non-IT) for our Delhi office.

Location: Delhi

Experience: 2–5 Years

Industry: Recruitment / Executive Search

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across various industries.
• Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
• Screening and shortlisting profiles as per client requirements.
• Coordinating interviews and following up with candidates and clients.
• Maintaining recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
• Managing candidate engagement and offer negotiations.

Desired Profile:

• 2–5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in hiring for middle and senior management positions will be preferred.
