About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment pipeline. You will proactively source, screen, and schedule interviews for diverse corporate functions, coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional department heads to capture hiring requirements, and orchestrate strict, friction-free onboarding and joining documentation.
2. Industrial Manpower & Supply Chain Staffing: Play a critical role in workforce optimization by supporting warehouse staffing blueprints and high-volume manpower planning, ensuring operational business units are consistently and strategically staffed.
3. Core HR Operations & Data Integrity: Own the day-to-day administrative engine. You will manage attendance systems, act as the core coordinator for payroll processing, audit employee records, and maintain rigorous accuracy across HR MIS reports and analytical data trackers.
4. Employee Relations, Culture, & Compliance: Serve as a cultural touchpoint and internal advocate. You will manage employee grievance frameworks, launch internal engagement charters to boost morale, and assist leadership in deploying HR policies and statutory compliance metrics.
