Remote Sales Assistant for Outdoor Lighting Company (Quotes, Follow-Up, Closing)

Nova Lights installs permanent and seasonal outdoor lighting for homes in Northern Virginia. We're looking for a remote sales assistant to own our inbound leads from the first email to a booked job. You'll answer inquiries, build the quote, follow up, and close.

What you'll do:

Respond to customer emails and inquiries quickly and in our voice

Create renderings that show our lighting on a customer's home, using Google Maps images and an AI rendering tool

Measure homes from Google Maps and price jobs from our rate card

Send proposals, follow up, answer questions, and close the sale

Re-book last year's clients from our database who haven't signed up again yet

Keep our lead list and CRM current and organized

What we're looking for:

Available during U.S. Eastern business hours, or very close to it, so leads get a fast reply

Strong written English and a warm, professional email style

Real sales experience, especially following up and closing, not just answering questions

Quick to learn tools: Gmail, a CRM, Google Maps, and an AI image or rendering tool

Organized and reliable, keeps track of every lead without being chased

Home services or contracting experience is a plus

Schedule and rate:

Around 20 hours per week to start, with room for more as we grow

$20 to $24 per hour depending on experience
