Maverick Trading is hiring a fully remote Equity & Options Trader open to applicants in Lucknow, India. We are a 25+ year proprietary trading firm that allocates firm capital to disciplined traders and scales buying power based on performance and risk management.
Trading from South Asia: US markets open in your evening — the NYSE bell rings at 7.5:00pm IST, ideal for traders who prefer a late-day routine. South Asia is well-suited to overnight US trading — the NYSE opens late evening local time, giving you the option of a focused overnight session or a structured plan-the-night-before approach.
This is not a challenge account. Not a demo evaluation. We provide structured capital allocation for traders who want a professional path to scaling capital.
What you will do:
- Trade equities and options within defined risk parameters
- Follow a structured, rules-based risk management approach
- Build consistency and scale capital based on performance
Why options: Options allow traders to define risk, hedge exposures, and structure trades beyond simple directional stock positions. Maverick is one of the few proprietary trading firms that actively trades options as a core part of its trading approach.

What we are looking for:
- Trading experience preferred (equities and/or options), not required
- Strong risk discipline and consistency mindset
- Independent decision-making and personal accountability
- Willingness to complete the Maverick Qualification Program before trading firm capital
