Job Title: SDE-3 Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore Experience: 7–10 years Employment Type: Full-Time About The Rol We are looking for a highly skilled SDE–3 to design, build, and scale high-performance applications. You will own complex modules, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers while working across the full tech stack Key Responsibilitie <ul><li>Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using Java and React</li><li>Lead system design and architecture discussions for new and existing platforms</li><li>Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot / Java frameworks</li><li>Work closely with product, QA, DevOps, and UI teams across the development lifecycle</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices</li><li>Perform code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineers</li><li>Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for scalability and reliability</li><li>Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and production deployments</li><li>Own end-to-end delivery of features from design to deployment </li></ul>Required Skills & Qualification <ul><li>7–10 years of strong software development experience</li><li>Strong hands-on expertise in Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, and backend development</li><li>Strong experience with React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)</li><li>Deep understanding of System Design concepts</li><li>Scalable architecture</li><li>Distributed systems</li><li>High availability</li><li>Caching strategies</li><li>Load balancing</li><li>Experience with Microservices architecture and REST APIs</li><li>Good knowledge of Databases (SQL/NoSQL - MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)</li><li>Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure preferred)</li><li>Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc</li><li>Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus </li></ul>Good to Have <ul><li>Experience working in high-traffic, large-scale systems</li><li>Exposure to Event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)</li><li>Basic knowledge of security best practices</li><li>Experience in Agile/Scrum environments </li></ul>Educational Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field </li></ul>What We Offer <ul><li>Competitive compensation and benefits</li><li>Fast-growing and collaborative work culture</li><li>Opportunity to work on high-scale and challenging product </li></ul>Skills: data structures,java,cd,microservices,aws,ci,design,spring
