Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition. Process and manage payroll with accuracy and timely salary disbursement. Oversee employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation processes. Handle exit formalities, full & final settlements, and offboarding. Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, Labour Laws, and other HR compliances. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports. Manage company asset allocation, tracking, and recovery. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and department heads to ensure smooth HR operations.
