SEO And Content - Internship (WFH)

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct: Perform keyword research and search-intent mapping for new cities and routes as the business expands
2. Optimize: Improve city and route landing pages by refining titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and on-page structure
3. Monitor: Run basic technical SEO checks on the site, including broken links, page speed, and indexing issues
4. Track: Measure which pages generate actual bookings rather than just traffic using Google Analytics and Search Console
5. Analyze: Study competitor search results to identify why they outrank the site and determine what improvements could help close the gap
6. Create: Write route and destination content that provides useful information to real travelers
7. Repurpose: Convert long-form content into short-form social posts, including carousels, Reels, and Shorts
8. Design: Create simple graphics for social posts and landing pages using Canva, Figma, or Photoshop
9. Edit: Perform light video editing for 15-60-second vertical videos with subtitles

Stipend:

INR₹ 5,500 - 8,000 /month

Skills required:

Social Media Marketing, Content Writing, Google Analytics, Video Editing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), English Proficiency (Written) and Canva

Other Requirements:

1. 1. Roughly 65% of this role is SEO and 35% is content, social, and design- please apply only if the SEO half genuinely interests you
2. 2. Comfortable with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and any one keyword research tool
3. 3. Working knowledge of a design tool (Canva, Figma, or Photoshop) and a video editor (CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci)
4. 4. We expect you to use AI in this work and to be open about how- what we're hiring for is the judgment to spot what it gets wrong
5. 5. Bonus if you have ranked something yourself- a blog, a client site, or your own project
