NQAS.ai is India's first AI quality consultant for public health facilities. We're helping health workers across 1,60,000+ facilities get their centres NQAS-certified. We're early, we move fast, and the work is real — a live government pilot is already running.

  • The roleWhen a district health officer searches "how to get NQAS certification," or asks ChatGPT "what are the 8 areas of concern in NQAS" — NQAS.ai should be the answer they find. Your job is to make that happen.This is not a keyword-stuffing role. You'll be building genuine authority across three surfaces:SEO — ranking on Google for the searches our users actually make
  • AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) — winning featured snippets, People Also Ask, and voice results
  • GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) — getting NQAS.ai cited inside ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity answers
  • What you'll doResearch the questions India's public health workers and administrators actually search for, and build a keyword and question map from it
  • Write and publish genuinely useful content — NQAS checklists, certification guides, process explainers — that earns citations because it's the best answer available
  • Implement on-page SEO: titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, schema markup (FAQ, HowTo, Organization)
  • Fix technical SEO issues — indexing, site speed, crawlability, sitemaps, Core Web Vitals
  • Build structured, extractable content that AI models can cite cleanly
  • Track how NQAS.ai appears across AI assistants and iterate on what moves the needle
  • Set up and own Google Search Console and Analytics reporting
  • Build citations and listings across directories, startup databases and relevant communities
  • Support LinkedIn and community distribution of published content
  • What we're looking forEssentialSolid understanding of how search works — not just tactics, but why they work
  • Clear written English, and comfort writing for an Indian public health audience
  • Hands-on with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
  • Genuine curiosity about how LLMs decide what to cite
  • Self-directed — we'll give you the goal, not the checklist
  • Nice to haveAny prior SEO work, even personal projects or a blog you ranked
  • Familiarity with schema markup and structured data
  • Hindi writing ability
  • Basic HTML, or comfort in a CMS
  • Interest in healthcare, public health, or govtech
  • Not required: a degree in marketing, agency experience, or paid-tool subscriptions. Show us something you ranked or wrote.
