Shovel / JCB Operator & Heavy Truck Driver
Job description
Eligibility
- Gulf/UAE work experience is mandatory.
- Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence (for Truck Driver position).
- Valid UAE equipment operator licence/certification (where applicable).
- Good knowledge of safe operating practices.
- Basic understanding of English. Arabic is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Shovel / JCB Operator
- Safely operate heavy equipment at construction and industrial sites.
- Carry out daily pre-start inspections and report any mechanical defects.
- Load, unload, excavate, level and move materials as instructed.
- Ensure equipment is operated efficiently while following all safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the assigned machine and complete basic daily maintenance checks.
- Coordinate with supervisors, site personnel and other operators to ensure smooth operations.
Heavy Truck Driver
- Safely transport heavy equipment, construction materials and machinery to various project sites across the UAE.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after each trip.
- Ensure proper loading, securing and unloading of cargo.
- Follow UAE traffic laws and company safety procedures at all times.
- Maintain trip records and promptly report any accidents, breakdowns or maintenance issues.
- Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good operating condition.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 2,500 per month
