Roles & Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and maintain daily job schedules in Control-M.
Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling, JCL, and script-related issues.
Support Control-M scheduling across Mainframe, Linux, and Windows platforms.
Maintain and build annual scheduling calendars.
Monitor batch processing and ensure successful job execution.
Utilize IOA utilities to manage and optimize the scheduling environment.
Investigate and resolve issues related to Control-M, security, network, and application support.
Develop and maintain complex scheduling workflows and dependencies.
Support installation and maintenance activities for IOA software across multiple platforms.
Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth scheduling operations.

Experience Required:

6-9 years of experience in Control-M scheduling and batch operations.
Strong experience with Control-M scheduling concepts and functions.
Hands-on experience in z/OS, Linux, and UNIX environments.
Experience troubleshooting JCL, scheduling, and batch processing issues.
Knowledge of IOA software installation, maintenance, and utilities.
Ability to manage complex scheduling structures and calendars.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Education: Any Graduation
