**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Spoken English Trainer to join our team at AjDevOpsSolutions Training Center. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping our students improve their English language skills through effective teaching methods.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct English language training sessions for students.
- Develop and implement lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Tailor teaching methods to meet the specific needs of individual students.
- Stay updated on language teaching methodologies and trends.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Spoken English Trainer.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and dedicated to student success.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
- Previous experience receiving positive student feedback is a plus.
- Teaching certifications or relevant qualifications preferred.
