Role DescriptionThe STUDENT COUNSELLER (SALES) is a frontline role at the heart of Srijee Tutor's growth engine. You will be the first voice a parent or student hears when they reach out to us — and the last reason they choose to trust us with their child's education.You will handle inbound and outbound leads, understand student needs, match them with the right tutors, convert enquiries into enrolments, and nurture long-term parent relationships. This is not a passive order-taking job — it demands hustle, empathy, and a genuine commitment to outcomes.
