About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain relationships with hiring partners and match students to suitable job opportunities based on their skills, specialization, and career goals.
2. Track placement metrics such as time-to-placement, offer acceptance rate, role relevance, starting compensation, and post-placement retention.
3. Document student success stories through written testimonials, video interviews, LinkedIn posts, and case studies.
4. Engage with job-ready students, set clear milestones, share success stories, identify at-risk students, and provide timely support to improve placement outcomes.
