Role Responsibilities

• Record high-quality audio samples in Tamil, ensuring clear pronunciation and adherence to linguistic standards.
• Transcribe and annotate speech data with precision and attention to detail.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on the quality of audio and transcriptions for continuous improvement.
• Follow established AI workflows to collect, organize, and review speech data systematically.
• Collaborate with the customer's team to ensure language tasks align with project objectives and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation throughout data collection and annotation processes.

• Possess native fluency in Tamil, with a deep understanding of regional dialects and cultural nuances.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, especially in quality evaluation and linguistic accuracy.
• Have experience or familiarity with audio recording, speech data collection, or related workflows.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate observations clearly.
• Have proficiency in audio transcription and annotation tools or a willingness to learn quickly.
