About the internship:

As a Tamil Telecalling Intern at ChatSpark, you will have the exciting opportunity to connect with customers in their native language and provide exceptional service. Your proficiency in Tamil, Hindi, and English will be essential in effectively communicating with our diverse customer base. Your responsibilities will include:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Making outbound calls to customers to promote our products and services
2. Handling inbound calls to address customer inquiries and provide assistance
3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
4. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
5. Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives
6. Participating in training sessions to enhance your communication and sales skills
7. Contributing to a positive and dynamic work environment where customer satisfaction is our top priority
