Tele-calling Executive (Work From Home)

This is our main tele-calling role, and we are hiring at scale. You work from home, on your smartphone, and you spend the day talking to people: calling leads, understanding what they need, qualifying the good ones and following up so nothing slips. We hire across languages and especially want Telugu speakers, along with Hindi and English. Pay is fixed with incentives on top, so the more you connect, the more you earn. What you will do: Call leads from a daily list and have natural, helpful conversations. Understand what each person needs and qualify the strong leads. Follow up on time so no good lead goes cold. Keep clear, simple notes on every call. Handle questions and objections with patience and a smile. Speak in the language the caller is most comfortable with. Hit your daily call and quality targets. What we are looking for: Fluent Telugu, Hindi or English. Telugu speakers are especially welcome. A clear, warm phone manner. You listen well and stay calm under pressure. Reliable and self-driven when working from home. A smartphone with a stable internet connection.
